About the Job:

JML Henderson Ltd - We serve various industries including; Bulk Powder Tankers, Bulk Liquid Tankers, Animal Feed, Food, Wetwaste / Slurry, Industrial Hoses, Valves & Fittings.

We are looking for a motivated and organised mixed role, Internal Sales/Purchasing & Office Admin to join our team.

This is a varied role that combines customer service, sales support, administration and operational assistance. You'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while supporting customers and colleagues across different departments.

This position would suit someone who enjoys a varied work environment, has excellent attention to detail, and is happy to take on different tasks daily.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Sales & Customer Service

Respond to customer enquiries via email and telepohone.
Prepare quotations and assist customers with product and order enquiries.
Provide order updates and communicate delivery information to customers.

Administration & ERP System Management

Maintain and update product information, including weights and other data.
Assist with general ERP system organisation and data accuracy.

Logistics & Operations Support

Book pallet deliveries with our transport providers.
Coordinate shipment information and ensure delivery details are accurate.
Add hose re-test records from worksheets & book components.

Team Support

Work closely with sales, purchasing and warehouse teams.
Provide assistance to other departments if required, including occasional support within the warehouse.

Experience (Essential)

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Computer literate, and confidence typing & using software.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priortise workload effectively.

Experience (Desirable)

Experience with OrderWise
Experience within an Industrial, engineering, hoses, tanker environment.

Info:

Mon - Thurs : 8am - 4:30pm

Friday : 8am - 4:00pm (but we often leave 3:45pm)

No weekends, No bank holiday.

1 x 20min morning break, 1 x 30min lunch break.

Salary is negotiable based on experience within key industries.

Pay: From £14.12 per hour

Work Location: In person
