Entertainment Coordinator

Remit: Nationwide

INDHP

We have an exciting opportunity for an Entertainment Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time, nationwide role supporting our entertainment hotels and Sand Bay Holiday Village.

Working closely with our hotel bluecoat entertainers and third-party entertainment providers, you will be responsible for coordinating a varied programme of live entertainment, ensuring bookings are organised efficiently and entertainment schedules run smoothly across the business.

Your duties will include:

Coordinating entertainment events across our entertainment hotels and Sand Bay holiday village
Providing support to the entertainment teams across the hotels
Liaising with third-party entertainment agencies and performers to arrange and confirm bookings.
Maintaining entertainment schedules and ensuring all bookings are communicated to the relevant hotels.
Working closely with hotel management teams to understand entertainment requirements and business needs.
Assisting with resolving any booking queries or last-minute changes in a professional and efficient manner.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with entertainment suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Supporting the continuous development of the company's entertainment offering.
The role will involve nationwide travel

The successful candidate will have:

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Good attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
