Job Title: Elite Cover Corporate Receptionist – Monday to Friday | Central London

Location: Central London (Multiple Corporate Client Sites)

Salary: £30,784 per year

Contract Type: Full-Time Permanent

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Shift Pattern: Typically 08:00–17:00, 09:00–18:00 or 10:00–19:00, depending on client requirements, you must be available for all patterns.

About the Role

We are looking for professional, personable and highly reliable Corporate Receptionists to join our Elite Cover Team. This role is ideal for candidates seeking flexibility, including students, freelancers, hospitality professionals, or individuals looking for varied work across some of London's most prestigious corporate environments.

As part of our Elite Cover Team, you will provide front-of-house support across multiple client locations throughout Central London, delivering exceptional customer service while representing both Bennett Hay and our clients to the highest standard.

You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless visitor experience, maintaining professional reception standards, managing communications, and supporting day-to-day front-of-house operations. No two days are the same, as you may work across different sites, industries and corporate environments.

Key Responsibilities

Managing busy corporate reception desks and front-of-house areas
Greeting visitors, guests and clients in a professional and welcoming manner
Issuing visitor passes and managing site security procedures
Answering and transferring telephone calls efficiently
Managing shared inboxes and responding to email enquiries
Coordinating meeting room bookings and visitor arrivals
Maintaining accurate visitor records and sign-in systems
Liaising with building management, security teams and client stakeholders
Ensuring reception areas remain organised, presentable and professional at all times
Providing administrative support where required
Representing Bennett Hay and our clients with professionalism and enthusiasm
Standing for 8 hours and greeting guests

What We're Looking For

Previous customer service, reception, hospitality, retail or guest services experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional presentation and high grooming standards
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Teams and general office systems
Ability to adapt quickly to different workplaces and client cultures
A positive, proactive and flexible attitude
Reliability and punctuality are essential
Ability to travel across Central London for assignments
