Job Overview

Join our dynamic culinary team as a Back of House Kitchen Staff member, where your passion for food and dedication to cleanliness will help create exceptional dining experiences. In this energetic role, you’ll be an essential part of the kitchen operations, supporting meal preparation, food safety, and efficient service. Your enthusiasm and culinary skills will contribute to a vibrant environment focused on quality and teamwork. Responsibilities

Assist with food preparation by chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients according to recipe standards
Support cooking processes by following established procedures and maintaining proper food handling techniques
Ensure all kitchen areas are clean, organized, and sanitized in compliance with food safety regulations
Prepare ingredients and meals efficiently to meet service timelines and quality expectations
Maintain inventory levels by restocking supplies and notifying management of shortages or equipment issues
Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
Collaborate with team members to deliver smooth kitchen operations and excellent service delivery

Qualifications

Prior experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Understanding of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to assist others
Excellent attention to detail to ensure meal quality and safety standards are met
Serving experience is a plus, demonstrating customer-focused mindset even in back-of-house roles
