Full job description

If you're passionate about using data, financial insight and strong contract administration to make a real difference for customers, this is an exciting opportunity to join our Property Care team and help ensure our homes and services are delivered efficiently, effectively and with the customer at the heart of every decision.

The Role

We are looking for a Contracts and Data Co-Ordinator to support the contractual, financial and operational performance of our Property Care service. This is a varied role where you'll use your analytical skills, attention to detail and commercial awareness to ensure repairs and maintenance works are accurately monitored and delivered within agreed timescales and budgets.

Working closely with colleagues, contractors and suppliers, you'll help drive service improvements through robust data analysis, insightful reporting and effective contract administration. Most importantly, you'll play a key role in helping us deliver excellent services and value for money for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Manage contractor work orders and material orders through to completion.

· Support contract review meetings with suppliers and subcontractors, helping to ensure quality service delivery and value for money.

Process and validate supplier invoices, ensuring works are correctly costed and coded.
Support colleagues, contractors and stakeholders by providing guidance on costing processes and invoice accuracy.
Maintain accurate financial records relating to Property Care activities, ensuring expenditure is monitored and reported effectively.
Produce meaningful reports and analysis using systems such as Excel, Power BI and other business systems to identify trends, performance opportunities and service improvements.
Use data insights to make recommendations that improve operational efficiency, financial performance and customer outcomes.
Maintain robust audit records and support internal audits, inspections and quality assurance activities.
Provide administrative support to the Property Care team, contributing to an efficient and customer-focused service.
Work collaboratively across teams to support the delivery of safe, high-quality homes and services for our customers.

About You

You'll be highly organised, analytical and customer-focused, with a passion for using data and information to improve services and support better outcomes.

We're looking for someone who has:

Strong experience using Microsoft Excel and confidence working with Office 365 applications, Microsoft Teams and Power BI.
Experience of financial administration, job costing and analysing costs against schedules of rates.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to interpret data accurately and identify trends.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, contractors and stakeholders.
The ability to manage competing priorities, work to deadlines and organise your workload effectively.
A good understanding of data management, storage and confidentiality requirements.
A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English at Grade C/4 or above.
Ideally, a basic understanding of building maintenance and repairs services.
