Job Overview
Established in 2012 in Jiangmen, Guangdong, Heytea quickly became a trailblazer in the bubble tea industry. Known for its inventive flavors and premium ingredients, our brand offers a wide variety of drinks designed to satisfy diverse customer preferences. At Hey Tea, we are dedicated to using fresh, natural components and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Craft and serve a range of hot and cold beverages
Greet and assist customers, providing excellent service throughout their visit
Operate various equipment including blenders and other machinery to prepare drinks
Keep the workspace tidy and organized
Follow standardized recipes to maintain beverage quality and consistency
Manage cash transactions and operate the register accurately
Assist with kitchen preparation tasks as needed
Enforce company policies to ensure smooth and consistent operations
Maintain hygiene standards to create a safe environment for both staff and customers
Comply with food safety guidelines and best practices
Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work atmosphere
Stay composed and efficient during busy periods to maintain service excellence
Ensure careful packaging and presentation of orders to enhance customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Previous barista or similar experience is an advantage but not mandatory
Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene principles
Strong time management skills to meet order deadlines
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while paying attention to details
Basic math skills for handling cash and processing orders
Effective communication skills for engaging with customers and colleagues

Please note that duties and requirements may evolve based on operational needs.
