Home Manager

Cedar Grange Residential and Nursing Home, Cross Lanes, Lanstephan - Launceston, PL15 8FB

£63,679.80 per annum plus 20% bonus*

40 hours per week

Your role

Lead the team to enrich residents’ lives every day
Deliver personalised, high-quality care aligned to individual plans
Champion meaningful leisure and social activities every day
Build trusted relationships with residents, families and colleagues
Model a positive, kind and supportive culture across the home

Your skills

Experience in a residential or nursing care setting
Strong operational management and leadership
People-focussed communicator who collaborates well
Commitment to high standards and continuous improvement
Valid NMC PIN
Current driving licence and access to a vehicle
