Full job description

Your primary responsibility will be to drive office sales through engaging in face-to-face interactions with clients and customers and playing a key role in creating a positive first impression and building a strong, lasting relationship.

You will act as the initial point of contact for both clients and customers. This will involve generating and closing leads, presenting product information, delivering solutions to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets and identifying customers' needs.

Responsibilities

Building relations with both clients and customers. Understanding and providing solutions through strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Supporting the sales team by generating or closing leads and driving the office's overall sales.
Working with your team towards achieving and hitting monthly and quarterly sales targets
Developing leadership and decision-making skills by supervising small teams and managing assigned tasks.
Engaging with customers through face-to-face interactions, working to generate new business leads.
Participate in structured team meetings covering key business functions, including operations, sales, customer service, and team management.

What we are looking for

Strong organisation and communication skills. Demonstrating exceptional time management with attention to detail. Effectively managing multiple priorities.
Previous success in sales with meeting or exceeding targets and understanding of the sales cycle.
Confidence in negotiating and executing sales deals. Confident in negotiating and handling objections while identifying customers' needs and tailoring a solution.
Experience supporting, training, or supervising small teams. Guiding team members to improve performance in a positive and supportive manner.
A results-driven mindset with a desire to achieve and exceed sales goals. Thriving on achieving measurable results and having the initiative to identify new opportunities to continuously improve performance

Pay: £24,420.00-£45,342.72 per year
