Service Desk Analyst – Bingham, Nottingham

Location: Bingham, Nottingham
Rate: £110–£130 per day, depending on experience
Engagement: Umbrella Company
Contract: Temp-to-Perm
Start: Immediate

We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join an established organisation based in Bingham, Nottingham. This is an immediate-start, temp-to-perm opportunity for someone with a solid IT support background and strong customer service skills.

You will provide day-to-day technical support to users, resolving IT issues efficiently and ensuring a high standard of service throughout.

Key Responsibilities

Provide 1st line / Service Desk support to users
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues
Support users across a range of Microsoft technologies
Manage user accounts, permissions and access through Active Directory
Troubleshoot basic network and connectivity issues
Log, manage and progress incidents through to resolution
Escalate more complex technical issues where required
Deliver a professional and customer-focused service to end users

Skills & Experience

We are looking for candidates with:

Previous experience within a Service Desk, Helpdesk or IT Support environment
Good knowledge of Microsoft technologies
Hands-on experience with Active Directory
Good understanding of network troubleshooting
Strong technical problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A professional, customer-focused approach
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Ability to start immediately or at short notice
