Summary

We are seeking a talented Chef to join our dynamic team at Uzumaki London. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes that reflect our commitment to authenticity and sustainability. Your culinary expertise will play a vital role in enhancing our guests' dining experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook authentic Japanese dishes in accordance with restaurant standards.
Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed diligently.
Supervise kitchen staff to maintain high levels of productivity and quality.
Collaborate with the team to develop new menu items that align with our theme and values.
Manage inventory and ensure the kitchen is well-stocked with necessary supplies.
Train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety standards.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role, preferably in a Japanese restaurant.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Excellent culinary skills with a passion for Japanese cuisine.
Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
