Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Administrator/Paraplanner/PA to join our team. This multifaceted role offers an exciting opportunity to support financial planning activities, manage administrative tasks, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills to ensure smooth operations across all areas of the business. You will play a vital role in assisting a financial advisor with report writing, analysis, and client correspondence while maintaining efficient office workflows. This position is perfect for someone eager to develop their career within the financial services sector and contribute to a professional, energetic environment. Would also suit someone who has previously worked in financial services and looking for a hybrid role with flexible hours

Responsibilities

Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation related to financial planning and analysis, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Assist with client onboarding, appointment scheduling, and follow-up communications to enhance customer experience.
Manage daily administrative duties including calendar management, correspondence handling, and filing using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook. Inteliflo and FE Analytics and Defaqto
Support a financial advisors by organising client data, updating records, and preparing presentation materials for meetings.
Conduct analysis of financial data to aid in the development of tailored financial plans for clients.
Maintain organized records of client interactions, compliance documentation, and internal reports in accordance with company policies.
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and ensuring clients receive timely assistance.

Skills

Strong report writing and analysis skills with an eye for detail.
Knowledge of financial services and financial planning processes.
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook—experience with Financial Services IT systems is essential.
Proven administrative experience with a focus on time management and multitasking.
Customer service orientation with a professional attitude at all times.
