Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing front desk operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth communication within the organisation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, a friendly demeanour, and prior office experience. This is a paid position suitable for individuals looking to contribute to a dynamic work environment while developing their administrative skills.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
Answer incoming calls promptly and direct them appropriately
Manage appointment scheduling and calendar organisation
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail
Maintain accurate records and filing systems both digitally and physically
Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and document preparation
Support team members with ad hoc administrative duties as required
Ensure the reception area remains tidy, welcoming, and professional at all times

Skills

Proven office experience or administrative background is highly desirable
Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Friendly, approachable demeanour with a professional attitude
Reliable with good time management skills
