Join our dynamic dental practice as a Dental Practice Manager, where your leadership will drive the success and smooth operation of our clinic. Duties

Supervise daily practice operations, including appointment scheduling, patient flow, and clinical support staff
Manage human resources functions such as hiring, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and staff development
Oversee financial management tasks including billing, collections, budgeting, and expense control to ensure profitability
Coordinate with dental professionals to maintain high standards of patient care and satisfaction
Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations and practice standards
Lead team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and foster a collaborative work environment
Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance patient experience

Skills

Proven supervising experience in a healthcare or veterinary setting with strong leadership qualities
Solid management skills with the ability to oversee multiple departments and tasks efficiently
Financial management expertise including budgeting, billing systems, and expense tracking
Human resources knowledge for effective team recruitment, training, and performance management
Veterinary or dental experience is a plus for understanding clinical workflows and patient needs
