Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. Duties

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels
Use software to make bookings, create invoices, log interactions, track stock, and update customer records accurately
Provide detailed information about products, services, and account details with clarity and confidence
Analyze customer concerns to identify underlying issues and suggest appropriate solutions or escalate when necessary
Collaborate with internal teams such as sales and technical support to resolve complex issues effectively
Maintain a high level of communication skills to ensure customers feel valued and understood throughout their interaction
Follow established procedures and compliance guidelines related to MOT testing and data protection to ensure accuracy and security

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably within the automotive sector or related industries
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and patiently
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer interactions and data
Analytical skills to assess customer needs, identify patterns, and recommend solutions effectively
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry, documentation, and compliance procedures
A proactive attitude with enthusiasm for helping customers achieve their goals
