Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and personable Junior Sales Assistant to join our dynamic sales team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their career in sales and customer service within a professional environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting sales activities, engaging with clients, and contributing to the growth of our business through effective communication and organisational skills.

Duties

Assist in identifying potential B2B sales opportunities and support the sales team in securing new clients
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable product or service information
Support negotiation processes to help close sales deals efficiently
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions using IT systems
Coordinate appointments and meetings, ensuring timely communication with clients and internal teams
Drive company vehicles for client visits or promotional events as required
Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries promptly and professionally
Organise sales materials, presentations, and promotional campaigns to maximise outreach efforts
Contribute to the development of sales strategies by providing feedback from client interactions

Requirements

Proven communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members
Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Basic IT skills, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
Experience or interest in negotiation, B2B sales, and customer service environments is desirable
Valid driving licence with the ability to drive safely and responsibly
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
Good organisational skills with attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities
