Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily business activities and ensure operational excellence across our organisation. Skills

Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to facilitate communication across diverse teams.
Proven management experience with a focus on supervising teams within retail or sales settings.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone etiquette.
Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Experience in merchandising, sales management, or retail management is advantageous.
