Full job description

We are looking for a reliable and organised Picker/Packer to join our busy team at Laguna Maidstone, Hart St. This is a practical, hands-on role supporting the accurate picking, packing and dispatch of customer orders. The role would suit someone who takes pride in working accurately, and enjoys being part of a team

Key Responsibilities

Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Packing goods securely and preparing them for dispatch.
Checking orders to ensure items are correct before they leave the business.
Labelling parcels and supporting the dispatch process.
Keeping the work area clean, tidy and well organised.
Following company procedures, including health and safety requirements.

About You

Reliable, punctual and willing to work as part of a team.
Good attention to detail and able to follow instructions.
Comfortable with practical, hands-on work.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous warehouse, picking, packing or dispatch experience would be helpful, but is not essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Confident user of IT and computer systems.

· Knowledge of motorcycles would be advantageous but isn't essential.

A full UK driving licence an advantage
