Commercial Administrator

Location: Head Office (Crickhowell)/ Hybrid (after probation)
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:00 (40 hours per week)
Department: Commercial

Are you a strong communicator who loves helping people, staying organised, and keeping things running smoothly? Do you enjoy solving problems, working with different teams, and delivering great customer experiences? If so, this could be the perfect role for you.

We’re looking for a Commercial Administrator to join our team — someone who is proactive, detail‑focused, and passionate about supporting both customers and colleagues. In this role, you’ll become the go‑to person for customer queries, contract information, and commercial support, playing a key part in keeping our operations flowing efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll:

Act as the first point of contact for customer‑related queries, providing timely, professional, and friendly support.
Give clear information about contracts, services, commercial questions, and commission structures.
Resolve customer issues with a balanced, solutions‑focused approach.
Work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, Customer Support, and Service teams to ensure queries are handled quickly and effectively.
Keep customers updated on progress and follow up on any outstanding matters.
Produce accurate reports, including commercial, performance, and customer‑related data.
Help support wider commercial activities and ensure internal processes run smoothly.
Monitor ongoing actions to ensure they’re completed on time.
Spot recurring trends or issues and escalate them when needed.

This is a role that suits someone who enjoys being organised, communicating clearly, and making a real difference to customer satisfaction and business performance.

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need years of specialist experience — just the right skills, mindset, and a willingness to learn. We’re looking for someone who has:

A minimum of 5 GCSEs A*–C (or equivalent).
Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone and via email.
Solid IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel.
Experience in a customer‑facing or administrative role.
A strong understanding of what great customer service looks and feels like.
The ability to multi‑task, prioritise, and stay organised in a busy environment.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
