Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative operations of our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a professional environment by ensuring smooth office functioning and supporting team efficiency. The Office Manager will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining records, and providing exceptional support to staff and clients alike.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring organisational efficiency and effectiveness
Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, maintaining excellent phone etiquette
Organise schedules, appointments, and meetings for staff members
Maintain accurate data entry records using Microsoft Office programmes, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document management
Assist with invoicing, billing, and financial record keeping using QuickBooks
Support the onboarding of new staff members through administrative procedures
Coordinate office supplies procurement and inventory management
Ensure the office environment remains tidy, organised, and welcoming at all times

Qualifications

Proven office experience with strong organisational skills
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive), and QuickBooks
Experience in administrative or clerical roles with excellent data entry skills
Strong typing ability with attention to accuracy and speed
Excellent phone etiquette combined with professional communication skills
Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Previous experience using office management software is desirable but not essential
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritising tasks efficiently
