Job Overview

Join our dynamic culinary team as a Chef or Chef Trainee and ignite your passion for food and hospitality! Responsibilities

Assist in food preparation and meal assembly, ensuring dishes meet quality standards and presentation expectations
Follow established recipes and cooking techniques to deliver consistent, flavorful dishes
Support kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and proper storage of ingredients and equipment
Uphold food safety regulations and hygiene practices at all times to ensure a safe dining environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and smooth kitchen workflow
Participate in serving guests when needed, providing friendly and efficient customer service
Contribute ideas for menu enhancements and participate in kitchen meetings to improve overall operations

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of food preparation, cooking methods, and kitchen safety protocols
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required for trainees willing to learn
Strong interest in culinary arts with a desire to develop cooking skills and expand food knowledge
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
