Dental Receptionist – Immediate Start

Broadway Dental Centre – Tooting, London

Broadway Dental Centre is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Dental Receptionist to join our friendly team with an immediate start.

We are seeking a confident, organised individual who has previous experience working as a dental receptionist and is proficient in using SOE (Software of Excellence). The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and will play an important role in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our busy practice.

Responsibilities

Welcoming patients and providing excellent customer service.
Managing appointments and maintaining the practice diary using SOE (Software of Excellence).
Answering telephone calls and responding to patient enquiries.
Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records.
Liaising with dentists, nurses, and the wider practice team.
Assisting with general reception and administrative duties.

Essential Requirements

Previous experience working as a Dental Receptionist is essential.
Experience using SOE (Software of Excellence) is essential.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Professional, reliable, and able to work well in a busy environment.
A positive, friendly, and caring attitude.
