The Opportunity

You’ll be at the centre of our operation — connecting the office team with technicians out on the road and making sure everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and to a high standard.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll:

Take ownership of day-to-day operations
Manage both customer service staff and field technicians
Drive performance, KPIs, and service quality
Improve systems, planning, and organisation
Solve problems quickly and keep things moving

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

Is highly organised and naturally structured
Enjoys planning, problem solving, and improving systems
Is confident managing people and holding standards
Can stay calm under pressure and make decisions
Takes ownership rather than waiting for direction

Experience in operations, service delivery, or team management is important.
Experience in cleaning or facilities is a bonus — but mindset matters more.
