An exiting opportunity has arisen at North Tyneside Council for a highly motivated and hard-working Labourer, to work in Property Services.

You will become part of a committed team of skilled personnel who carry out a range of repair works within customers’ homes throughout the borough.

To do this role, you will be required to attend anywhere in the borough and be provided with access to a van therefore a full driving licence is required.

The successful candidate

The successful candidate will be required to have excellent customer care skills, take pride in your work, and deliver high quality work with a focus on completing jobs right first time.

You will be required to have the relevant qualifications and experience and ideally possess a good understanding of working within a local authority, with some experience of working in a variety of buildings.
