Sales Assistant

Full-Time | Training Provided | Nottingham | Immediate Start

Our client is expanding their sales and promotions team in Nottingham and is looking for an Entry Level Sales Assistant to support a variety of customer acquisition campaigns.

This role involves engaging directly with customers, introducing them to current offers, and helping them understand available services. Campaigns are delivered both through residential outreach, offering variety and valuable experience across different settings.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to start their career in sales, marketing, or customer engagement.

Where You’ll Spend Your Time

You will work across the Nottingham area, speaking with customers in local residential communities, creating personalised and meaningful interactions.

These roles are fast-paced, interactive, and suited to individuals who enjoy being active and speaking with a wide range of people.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Approaching customers in a friendly, professional, and confident manner
Introducing current promotions and explaining key benefits clearly
Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable offers
Assisting customers through simple digital sign-up processes
Representing campaigns to a high standard at all times
Working towards daily and weekly performance targets

Earnings & Progression

Uncapped commission - £650–£750 per week OTE (paid weekly)
No limits on what you can earn
