Full job description

Role Snapshot Recruitment Consultant

Base Salary: £27,700 plus uncapped commission
OTE Year 1: £35,000 to £40,000
OTE Year 2: £45,000+
41 days annual leave, including your birthday and bank holidays
12 weeks of reduced working hours during school holidays on full pay
Monday to Friday office-based role (Skipton Town Centre)

Manage the recruitment process from enquiry to placement

Achieve targets and drive your earnings through uncapped commission
