Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Junior to join our dynamic team! In this vital support role, you will assist with a variety of administrative tasks that keep our office running smoothly and efficiently. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment, develop your organizational skills, and contribute to the overall success of our operations. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document management
Answer phone calls with professional etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence via email
Support the team with basic bookkeeping tasks using software such as sage and Microsoft Office tools
Maintain organized records of office supplies and inventory
Perform other clerical duties as needed to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

Previous office experience or administrative background preferred but not required
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Good typing speed and data entry accuracy
Knowledge of sage or similar accounting software is a plus
Demonstrated phone etiquette and professional communication skills
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
