We are looking for a Learning and Development Coordinator to drive and support Scope’s L&D activity, helping colleagues to access high-quality, accessible learning opportunities that help them develop their skills, flourish in their careers, and contribute to Scope’s mission.

Permanent, part time (28 hours a week)

Location: Here East Press Centre, 14 East Bay Lane, London, E15 2GW and working from home.

The role

As our Learning and Development Coordinator, you will help keep learning running smoothly across Scope. You will support colleagues to access development opportunities.

You will:

manage learning systems and processes, including bookings, records, and e-learning.
make sure learning is accessible, inclusive, well organised, and well communicated
work with teams across Scope to promote learning, track progress, and use feedback to improve what we offer.

About you

We are looking for someone who is organised, detail focused and enjoys supporting others.

You will:

have experience of coordinating activities, ideally in a learning or training team, and be confident using IT systems and keeping up to date with user data and content.
be confident working with external stakeholders.
guide people to use tools and systems so they can access learning and join sessions.
be a clear communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
use plain English and create accessible content as a default.
be a team player who can manage your time, adapt when priorities change, and stay calm during busy periods. You will work well with different people and build good relationships across teams.
care about equality, diversity and inclusion.
help improve access to learning for everyone.
be motivated by Scope’s mission and want to play your part in driving disability equality.
