About RPM Technik

RPM Technik is one of the UK’s leading independent Porsche specialists. We are known for our technical expertise, attention to detail and commitment to providing an exceptional experience for every client.

We are looking for a friendly, professional and highly organised individual to join our team as a Dealership Host and Administrator.

About the Role

This is a varied and important position at the heart of our business. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will help ensure that every interaction with RPM Technik is welcoming, professional and efficient.

Alongside managing the front-of-house experience, you will provide administrative support to wider business.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Welcoming clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner

· Managing incoming telephone calls and emails, ensuring enquiries are handled promptly and accurately

· Checking in vehicles for the Sales and Service departments, where applicable

· Assisting the team with service bookings when required

· Liaising with clients regarding vehicle collection and delivery arrangements

· Taking client payments and maintaining accurate client, vehicle, booking and job information within our dealer management system

· Providing administrative and client communication cover for the Service Advisor during periods of holiday or absence

· Coordinating third-party suppliers and external bookings, including MOT appointments

· Supporting membership administration, event bookings and communications for our track-day members’ club

· Attending and assisting with company and client events when required

· Providing administrative support to the management team and wider business

· Maintaining tidy, organised and welcoming Reception and client areas

· Offering and serving refreshments to clients and visitors

· Handling confidential client and business information with discretion

About You

We are looking for someone who:

· Is punctual, dependable and exceptionally organised

· Has a confident, welcoming and professional manner

· Maintains a smart and well-presented appearance appropriate to a premium, client-facing environment

· Delivers excellent customer service in person, by telephone and in writing

· Communicates clearly and effectively with clients, colleagues and suppliers

· Can manage multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure

· Takes ownership of tasks and follows them through to completion

· Has strong attention to detail, written English and numeracy skills

· Is confident using Microsoft Office and able to learn new IT and dealer management systems

· Works effectively both independently and as part of a busy, close-knit team

· Has an interest in cars or the automotive industry; knowledge of Porsche would be an advantage but is not essential

Previous experience in service Reception, customer service, administration or the automotive industry would be beneficial.

A full, clean UK driving licence is essential. The successful candidate must be confident driving company vehicles as part of their duties, including collecting clients and attending off-site events when required.
