Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. This role offers an opportunity to work in a lively environment where hospitality skills and attention to detail are highly valued. The successful applicant will be passionate about creating memorable experiences for guests while maintaining high standards of food safety and service efficiency.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards.
Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and serve drinks promptly.
Ensure all drinks are prepared safely, adhering to food safety regulations and responsible service policies.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and bar equipment.
Manage cash register operations, process payments accurately, and handle transactions efficiently.
Monitor guest behaviour to promote responsible drinking and address any concerns professionally.
Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service during shifts.
Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences and uphold the establishment's reputation.

Experience

Previous experience working in a hospitality environment, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting.
Knowledge of food safety standards relevant to beverage service.
Proven ability in serving customers efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanour.
Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities to handle busy periods effectively.
Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Experience in restaurant or bar service is highly desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate. This role offers an engaging opportunity within a dynamic team dedicated to delivering outstanding service in a lively atmosphere. Pay: £13.50-£14.00 per hour
