Full job description

Overview

We are a multi-award-winning recycling and export company specialising in the reuse and export of clothing, shoes and other materials.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a highly organised and reliable Office Administrator / Assistant to join our Cardiff team and support the day-to-day running of the operation.

This is a varied administrative role working closely with the team to ensure information, paperwork and day-to-day office tasks are kept organised and up to date.

Role Responsibilities

Managing incoming calls, emails and general enquiries.
Supporting the day-to-day administration of the Cardiff operation.
Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
Preparing and organising paperwork, reports and other documentation.
Liaising with customers, suppliers, drivers and other members of the team.
Assisting with scheduling and coordinating operational activities.
Organising digital and physical files.
Supporting management with general administrative tasks.
Ensuring information is recorded accurately and kept up to date.
Carrying out other administrative duties as required.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is:
Organised, reliable and professional.
Confident using computers and standard office software.
Comfortable communicating by phone, email and in person.
Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise their workload.
Accurate and methodical when dealing with records and paperwork.
A good communicator and team player.
Able to work independently and use their own initiative.
Previous office or administration experience is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
