FRONT OF HOUSE STAFF – The Erskine Arms, Conwy, LL32 8LD

Employment: Full-time and Part-time hours available

Pay: up to £12.71 per/hour + generous tips (on average an additional £1.35 p/hr) + company benefits & discounts

The Erskine Arms is a popular foodie pub and inn located in the heart of the Conwy Walls. It has a great reputation for offering a wide range of real ales, top-quality wines, and serving the finest of fresh locally sourced produce. Along with the pub, we have 21 boutique rooms creating the perfect retreat in the centre of Conwy. The Erskine is part ofthe Stange & Co pub group. What we’re looking for:

Enthusiastic, friendly and hard-working people who are looking for a sociable and lively place to work. Yes, it can get very busy but that’s how we love it – all the team muck in together to get the job done and there’s nothing more rewarding than looking back at the end of a busy shift knowing everyone who came through the door had a great experience.

Previous experience of working in a similar restaurant is essential as we know you’ll have the attitude and work ethos we’re looking for – positive and reliable crew who share our love of food, drink and most importantly, people.
