Full job description

Logical, analytical, organised and methodical?

We're looking for a strong individual with the skills to interpret the data, spot opportunities, highlight trends and present findings to the team.

As Data Analyst or Junior Data Analyst, the purpose of this role is to assist the Business Analyst Manager with key data tasks, many of which are fundamental to the functioning of the Lead Generation & Operations department.

Responsibilities will include a range of performance analysis and reporting, database management, CRM system management and development, data modelling and data cleansing activities.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Help manage, maintain and develop the Altius data, databases and LG CRM system
Help manage all aspects of the CRM system including maintenance, development and reporting
Help develop data insight across the entire business
Work with CEO and third party providers to develop Altius databases
Identify and liaise with third party data providers where required
Data analysis, management and improvement
Production of relevant daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports
Ensure Data compliance with all agreements and legislation
Provide timely, accurate and actionable data and recommendations to support business decision-making with internal business partners
Plan, conduct, analyse and present data from both qualitative and quantitative primary research studies
Actively drive career progression and self-growth
Ad hoc projects as determined by the your line manager and the Directors.

What you need to succeed:

You will be a strong team player, with knowledge of research strategies and creating business reports
Business / Economics or similar Graduate with exceptional analytical skills
Knowledge of Power BI is advantageous
Proficient Microsoft Excel user
Strong time management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Detail orientated
Ability to build relationships with people at all levels across the organisation

Benefits:

Salary £24,000 per annum
22 days annual leave per year, rising by 1 day per year to 25
Monday to Friday only - no evenings, weekends or Bank Holidays
36 hours per week
