Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of grilled dishes with consistency and attention to detail.
Ensure all food preparation meets food safety standards and hygiene regulations.
Manage the grill station efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout service.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to deliver timely and high-quality meals to guests.
Assist in meal preparation, including marinating, seasoning, and portioning ingredients.
Monitor cooking times and temperatures to achieve perfect results for each dish.
Serve finished dishes with presentation that enhances guest experience while adhering to restaurant standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen environment.
Strong knowledge of kitchen safety practices and food safety regulations.
Previous restaurant or culinary experience preferred, especially with grilling techniques.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining quality standards.
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward serving guests.
Basic understanding of meal preparation processes and kitchen operations.
