Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead and oversee daily operations within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering a positive work environment. Duties

Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff to ensure high standards of service and productivity
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices

Organise staff schedules, training programmes, and resource allocation
