Overview

Rustington Golf Centre is looking for an experienced and proactive Part-Time Marketing Executive to support and develop the marketing of our growing golf and leisure business.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2–3 years' marketing experience who is confident managing campaigns and can bring ideas, creativity and commercial awareness to the role.

The position is highly flexible, with approximately 6–18 hours per week available depending on business needs and the successful candidate. We are happy to work around school runs, childcare and other commitments.

The successful candidate should have excellent attention to detail and experience across email marketing, social media, content creation and digital marketing.

Experience using Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms is essential, alongside a good working knowledge of Adobe applications or comparable design software.

You will work closely with the management team to promote Rustington Golf Centre, drive customer engagement and support continued growth across the business.

Responsibilities

Plan, create and deliver engaging email marketing campaigns, promotions and targeted customer communications.
Manage and develop the Golf Centre's social media presence across relevant channels.
Create engaging social media content including photography, graphics, reels and short-form video.
Plan and schedule social media content using platforms such as Meta Business Suite.
Develop campaigns promoting the Golf Centre's facilities, events, memberships, offers and seasonal promotions.
Produce marketing artwork and promotional material for both digital and print use.
Update website content, promotions, imagery and marketing information as required.
Monitor social media channels, Google reviews and other relevant platforms and engage appropriately with customers.
Track and analyse email, social media and campaign performance to improve future activity.
Work with the management team to identify opportunities to increase footfall, bookings, memberships and customer spend.
Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels.

Requirements & Experience

The successful candidate should have:

A minimum of 2–3 years' experience in a marketing role.
Strong experience using Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms,
Strong social media and content creation experience.
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and/or InDesign, or equivalent design software.
Excellent written English and confidence producing customer-facing marketing copy.
A strong eye for design and attention to detail.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
An understanding of marketing analytics and campaign performance.
The ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines.
