Full job description

Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Taste the World Hospitality

We're looking for an organised, friendly and tech-savvy Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our Head Office team.

This is the perfect role for someone looking to work around school hours, with 4–5 hours per day, Monday to Friday.

What you'll be doing:

Answering telephone calls and directing enquiries.
Inputting and maintaining accurate data across our back-office systems.
Supporting the team with day-to-day administration.
Assisting with hospitality systems and internal databases.
Helping keep our records organised and up to date.
Providing general administrative support to the wider business.

What we're looking for:

Confident using technology and learning new systems.
Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
Strong communication skills, both over the phone and via email.
Able to work independently and manage your own workload.
A positive, proactive attitude.

Experience within the hospitality industry would be an advantage, but it isn't essential. If you're organised, eager to learn and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
