DUE TO LONG TERM SUSTAINABLE GROWTH WE HAVE RECENTLY OPENED A NEW SITE IN CORBY. AS A RESULT, WE HAVE A FULL-TIME PERMANENT OPPORTUNITY FOR A GENERAL OPERATOR TO JOIN US IN AUTUMN 2026 .

Q. Are you used to production work, physical work on your feet all day, working to written works orders and standard operating procedures to help achieve targeted numbers of high quality products every day?

We work in partnership with some of the biggest and most prestigious names in the Automotive, Public Transport, Off-Highway and Leisure Sectors.

We offer you

Team environment with on-the-job training and supervision.
Mon to Wed - 6:30am to 4:30 pm & Thu - 6:30am to 4:00pm. This current working arrangement is in place for 3 to 6 months while the expanded site is established. The vision is to move to a two shift arrangement. Days & Times tbc.
NO Weekend or Bank Holiday working unless on overtime.
A starting pay rate of £15.07 per hour including shift premium.
Urban location.
FREE car parking for all.
Company pension.

You will be required to operate production machinery and use hand tools.

You MUST have excellent attendance and a great work ethic from the start to make the grade.

You MUST have good English skills (reading, writing and spoken word) and maths skills to carry out your daily work in a safe and productive way.

You MUST have a valid driving licence and own private transport as public transport is non-existent in this area and you MUST be able to get to work by yourself.

Many of our current team have been with us for 10-15 years in long term sustainable permanent roles despite the pandemic and we offer you the same opportunity, providing you can show us that you are good enough from the start.
