What You'll Be Doing

Building strong relationships with buyers and sellers, providing expert guidance throughout their property journey.
Negotiating offers and progressing sales to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Conducting property viewings with confidence, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
Generating new business opportunities and maintaining regular contact with applicants, vendors, and prospective clients.
Delivering an exceptional customer experience while consistently achieving and exceeding individual and team targets.

What We're Looking For

A confident, motivated, and ambitious individual with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
A positive, proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
A genuine desire to learn, develop, and build a successful career in estate agency.
Previous experience in estate agency or a customer-facing sales role is advantageous, but we'll also consider individuals with the right attitude, determination, and willingness to learn.

We offer a competitive package including a basic salary, uncapped commission, monthly performance bonuses, a car allowance, and a six-month earnings guarantee to help you get started. Realistic first-year on-target earnings are £40,000–£50,000.

Working hours are 8:30am–6:00pm, Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays (9:00am–5:00pm). In return for working Saturdays, you'll receive a half-day working from home during the week.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
