Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Transport Manager to oversee our logistics operations in the UK. Based in GB, this role is vital in ensuring the smooth coordination of refrigerated transportation, aligning with our company's mission to provide exceptional cold chain solutions.
Responsibilities

Manage and optimize transportation management systems to ensure efficient delivery schedules.
Oversee supply chain activities, including coordination with third-party logistics providers.
Monitor and improve shipping and receiving processes to maintain cold chain integrity.
Analyze logistical data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
Lead communication efforts across teams to ensure seamless operations.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
Maintain accurate data entry and documentation for all transportation activities.
Collaborate with warehouse staff to streamline logistics workflows.
Qualification
Transport Managers CPC
Class one HGV Driving License
Proven experience in transportation management or logistics roles.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to analyze complex logistical data effectively.
Experience working with supply chain and third-party logistics providers.
Knowledge of refrigerated transport regulations and best practices.
Proficiency in data entry and documentation processes.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
