Full job description

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Bar/Front of House Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations at the bar and front-of-house areas, ensuring excellent service and a great customer experience, efficient food and beverage preparation, and team leadership. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a lively, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary knowledge, hospitality expertise, and supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts, to deliver outstanding customer service.
Oversee food and beverage preparation processes, ensuring quality standards are met consistently.
Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory control.
Train new team members on service protocols, food safety standards, and company policies to promote a cohesive team environment.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to food production, serving, and alcohol service.
Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster positive relationships with patrons.
Support baristas in preparing specialty drinks and maintaining a clean, organized bar area to enhance guest satisfaction.

Skills

Proven experience within a customer service setting.
Ability to motivate staff and promote teamwork.
Front of experience.
Familiarity with food production processes in both kitchen and bar environments.
Excellent leadership qualities combined with a passion for hospitality and guest service excellence.
Experience with hotel or barista roles is a plus for understanding diverse customer needs.
