Joiner / Multi-Skilled Builder (Self-Employed CIS)

Company: Kelvin Joinery & Builders LtdLocation: Central Scotland (various sites)

Kelvin Joinery & Builders Ltd is a well-established home improvement company specialising in high-quality extensions, attic conversions, garage conversions and structural alterations. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Joiners /Joinery squads /Foremen joiners, Multi-Skilled Builder to join our team on a self-employed CIS basis.

The Role

You will be working as part of a professional team carrying out a variety of residential building projects, including:

House extensions
Attic and garage conversions
Structural alterations
General joinery and building works
Finishing work to a high standard

Requirements

Experienced joiners with multi-trade building experience preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good attitude, reliable and takes pride in quality workmanship
Own tools and reliable transport are essential
CIS registered
Project management skills /running Projects would be a bonus
