Full job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Co-ordinator to join our team at Little Elephant Limited.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce and maintain RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) in accordance with company and client requirements.
Prepare and compile project handover packs, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
Order materials, equipment, and supplies as required for projects.
Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to obtain necessary information and documentation.
Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
Monitor project deadlines and support the delivery team in meeting key milestones.
Ensure compliance documentation is up to date and readily available.

Essential Requirements:

Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Requirements:

Previous experience within construction, telecommunications, or maintenance industries.
Familiarity with project management or document control systems.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday - (8am - 5pm Monday-Thursday) & (8am-4pm on a Friday)
