Are you ambitious, driven, and passionate about sales and customer engagement? We’re looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a Sales Advisor, you’ll play a key role in engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that enhance their experience and drive results.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
Conduct market research to uncover new sales opportunities
Prepare and deliver engaging presentations showcasing our offerings
Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring high customer satisfaction
Accurately record sales activities and customer interactions using IT systems
Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets
Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues
Effectively manage time, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines and targets

What We Are Looking For

Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role (preferred but not essential)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Confidence in negotiation and influencing decision-making
A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to high-quality service
A proactive, target-driven attitude with the ambition to succeed
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
