Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as an Auto Parts Sales Advisor, where your enthusiasm and expertise will drive customer satisfaction and sales success. In this role, you will serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers seeking auto parts and accessories, helping them find the right solutions to keep their vehicles running smoothly. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will ensure a positive shopping experience, fostering loyalty and trust. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills while working in a fast-paced, automotive-focused environment.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in identifying the auto parts they need for their vehicles
Manage the ebay account and communicate witht the online clients
Provide detailed product information, including specifications, compatibility, and maintenance tips
Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash or electronic payments
Maintain organized displays of auto parts and ensure shelves are stocked with popular items
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate inventory management and order replenishments
Answer customer inquiries via phone or in person, demonstrating professional phone etiquette and clear communication skills
Support inventory maintenance by conducting regular stock checks and updating product records
Manage returns, refunds and disputes from online sales

Strong communication skills to explain technical information clearly and confidently
