The Role

Due to retirement, we are seeking a dedicated Installation Manager to oversee our installation projects in the Yorkshire region. The role is vital in ensuring our projects meet quality standards and client expectations while aligning with our company's values of excellence and reliability.

Responsibilities:

Co-ordinate and manage installation teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Plan project schedules and allocate workloads efficiently.
Monitor progress and resolve issues that arise during installation, including on-site.
Maintain communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Liaise closely with the production to ensure products are manufactured on time.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Manage project budgets and resources efficiently.
Monitor installer performance and maintain high standards across all projects.
Conduct quality inspections and arrange remedial works where required.

Qualifications

Proven experience in project management within the home improvement industry.
Excellent knowledge of pvc and aluminium windows, doors, conservatories/orangeries.
Strong skills in time management and project scheduling.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Confidence dealing with both customers and installers.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A proactive approach to problem-solving.
Significant experience in the installation of windows and doors, including technical knowledge.
Computer literate, experience is using word/excel or similar software.
Valid UK driving license.
