️ Retail Sales Assistant (x2 Vacancies) – Lakeside Store

Location: Lakeside Store

Hours: Part-Time – 8 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

Salary: London Living Wage

Age Requirement: 16+

Working Pattern: Evenings and weekends, with flexibility to work additional hours during busy periods, matchdays and holidays where required.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the West Ham United Retail Team at our Lakeside Store.

We're looking for two enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistants who are passionate about customer service and want to represent one of England's most iconic football clubs.

Whether you're looking for your first job or already have retail experience, if you're friendly, reliable and enjoy working with people, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you'll play an important role in creating an outstanding shopping experience for every supporter who visits our store.

Working alongside an experienced team, you'll help deliver excellent customer service while supporting the day-to-day running of the store.

Position:

What You'll Be Doing

️ Welcome every customer with a warm and friendly approach.

Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers with product enquiries.

Replenish stock and maintain attractive merchandise displays.

Process cash and card transactions accurately.

️ Ensure all products are correctly priced, tagged and displayed.

✨ Help maintain high visual merchandising standards throughout the store.

Keep the shop floor and stockroom clean, organised and safe.

Support with deliveries, stock replenishment and stock control.

Help achieve individual and team sales targets.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive team environment.

Remain vigilant and support loss prevention by reporting any suspicious activity.
