Training & Compliance Administrator - Connelly Security Systems (CSS)

The Role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Training & Compliance Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will coordinate employee training, maintain compliance records, support industry accreditations, and ensure qualifications remain up to date.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate employee training programmes and external courses.

· Maintain training records, certifications and competency matrices.

· Monitor expiry dates and arrange refresher training.

· Support NSI, BAFE, SafeContractor and ISO accreditation administration.

· Maintain compliance databases and personnel records.

· Produce training and compliance reports.

· Support onboarding, inductions and compliance documentation.

Essential Skills

· Good Communication Skills both verbal and written

· Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail

· Ability to perform in a busy environment and prioritise effectively

· Excellent time management

· Positive attitude

· Reliable and dependable at all times

· Team Player

Desirable Skills

· At least 2 years’ experience in an Administration role

. Previous experience of working for an Alarm Company would be advantageous.

· Experience of training, health and safety and or compliance administration.

· A sound understanding of IT – inclusive of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word & Excel)

Before commencing employment, the successful candidate will be required to complete the company employee vetting procedure.

Remuneration and Benefits

Permanent Role:

9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday

· Competitive Salary (£30,000)

· Company Pension 

· Generous Holiday Allowance (up to 33 days in line with service)

· On-site parking
