Job Title: Luxury Client Experience Coordinator
Location: Marylebone, London
Hours: 40 hours per week between Monday-Saturday
Salary: £32,000 & commission opportunities

This is a rare opportunity to join Skingevity as a Luxury Client Experience Coordinator at the Dr Joney De Souza Skin & Laser Clinic. You will create a world-class, premium experience to our clients and be the heartbeat to the clinic’s quality operations.

Applications from people with experience in luxury aesthetics, private healthcare, five-star hospitality, concierge and guest relations, premium retail or other superior, VIP customer service environments where exceptional service is the standard are highly welcomed.

The Role

As our Luxury Client Experience Coordinator, you will set the tone for every client’s visit, crafting an effortless, discreet and memorable experience for each client, while keeping the rhythm of a highly refined clinic running seamlessly.

Reporting to the Clinic Manager, you will be the face of the clinic: the first impression our clients receive, and the assurance that every detail lives up to the standing of the Dr Joney De Souza Clinic.

Training will be provided on our clinic systems, luxurious treatments and premium skincare ranges.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome every client with warmth, discretion and genuine care.
Curate a luxury five-star journey from arrival to departure, anticipating every comfort.
Nurture lasting relationships with new and returning clients.
Manage bookings, amendments and cancellations with precision.
Coordinate consultations and treatment journeys end to end.
Register new clients and maintain confidential records.
Guide clients through electronic consent with ease.
Apply topical numbing cream ahead of treatment where required.
Handle telephone, email and online enquiries promptly and professionally.
Manage correspondence, payments, receipts and daily reconciliation.
Prepare prescriptions for collection where appropriate.
Maintain electronic records and complete end-of-day procedures.
Keep reception and waiting areas immaculate, with literature and displays beautifully presented.
Support retail skincare sales and stock control.
Assist the Clinic Manager and help refine the client experience at every touchpoint.
