Job Summary

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist with fueling vehicles efficiently and accurately
Manage cash register transactions, including sales, refunds, and upselling products such as snacks or beverages
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station’s retail area and fuel pumps
Monitor fuel levels and report maintenance needs promptly to ensure safety and operational efficiency
Provide clear information about station services and answer customer inquiries via phone or in person using professional phone etiquette
Uphold safety protocols by checking for hazards, managing traffic flow, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Support merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively and restocking shelves as needed
Demonstrate strong time management by efficiently handling multiple tasks during busy periods while maintaining high service standards

Experience

Multilingual skills are highly desirable; fluency in English plus.
Prior experience in customer service or retail environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with diverse customers and team members
Strong organizational skills to manage station cleanliness, stock levels, and safety checks effectively
Ability to manage time efficiently during peak hours to ensure prompt service delivery
Knowledge of phone etiquette for professional communication with customers over the phone
