We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic General Assistant to support the day-to-day café operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and be a key part of our friendly team. If you’re passionate about hospitality, love working with people, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Delivering top-tier customer service – making every customer feel welcome and ensuring a friendly, engaging atmosphere.
Assisting with food drink preparation – supporting baristas and chefs in delivering fresh, high-quality products.
Keeping the café running smoothly – helping with cleaning, stock replenishment, and general upkeep.
Taking orders serving customers – ensuring fast and efficient service with a smile.
Presenting products beautifully – ensuring displays look abundant, inviting, and visually appealing.
Maintaining health safety standards – ensuring the café remains clean, safe, and
Bringing energy enthusiasm – supporting a positive, team-focused work environment.

An eye for detail presentation – passionate about making food displays look delicious, uniform and abundant.
A hardworking reliable individual – with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

A flexible adaptable attitude – ready to work weekends and peak periods but no evenings.
Previous customer service experience – some experience in providing great customer experience is preferred - we’ll provide full training!
